1.2学生行为程序性权利

被指控违反政策的学生有以下权利:

• 选择是否参加任何行为程序，或在安排程序之前提交其案件的书面陈述(4).3.8
• 获得大学行为顾问(4.3.9)
• 公平、公正和及时的程序
• 提供证人(4名).3.10)
• be presumed not responsible until the conclusion of the conduct process if the standard of proof is present; and,
• review, not receive, 有关其行为案件的所有相关资料的副本，以便为辩护做准备.
