SMIFC Event Recording Notice

When you attend a Student Managed Investment Fund Consortium (SMIFC) event or program, you enter an area where 摄影, audio, and video 记录 may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), 摄影, 录音, video 记录 and its/their release, 出版, 展览, or reproduction to be used for news, 网络投, 促销的目的, 电视节目, 广告, 网站收录, or any other purpose by SMIFC and its affiliates and representatives. 你释放SMIFC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, 记录, 数字化, or 出版 of interviews, 照片, 计算机图像, video and/or or sound 记录s.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or 录音 taken by SMIFC or the person or entity designated to do so by SMIFC.
